Responsibility
- Develop and execute graphic design solutions for digital and print media, including posters, social media assets, and promotional materials.
- Assist in the creation and editing of video content to support campaign objectives and enhance public engagement.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement creative strategies for government initiatives.
- Manage publicity materials, including press releases, newsletters, and event collateral.
- Conduct research to gather insights and trends relevant to active mobility and public awareness campaigns.
- Maintain organized records of project assets, revisions, and approvals for seamless workflow management.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in project coordination or assistance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with government sector projects or public campaigns is an advantage.
