As a 3D Visualizer, you will collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to transform ideas into high-quality 3D renders, animations, and virtual tours. Your work will play a pivotal role in helping clients visualize spaces before they are built, ensuring precision, creativity, and technical excellence in every project.

Responsibility
- Develop photorealistic 3D interior and exterior visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver accurate 3D representations.
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, or Lumion).
- Set up lighting, cameras, and render settings to achieve realistic and visually appealing outputs.
- Produce 360° virtual tours and interactive 3D walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
- Review and refine renders based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization trends, tools, and techniques to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in 3D visualization, modeling, and rendering for architectural or design projects.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renders, animations, or virtual tours.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and composition principles.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Google Street View, VR/AR, or 360° imaging is a plus.
