Responsibility
- Develop innovative modular architectural designs that align with client requirements, sustainability goals, and local building regulations.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings, blueprints, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of modular systems into overall project plans.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Research and incorporate sustainable materials, technologies, and construction methods into modular designs.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in modular and prefabricated architecture.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on modular or prefabricated systems preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative modular or sustainable design projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to fast-paced project timelines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
