Responsibility
- Lead the integration of semiconductor process modules and derivatives to ensure seamless functionality and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with process engineers, equipment engineers, and R&D teams to develop and optimize integration strategies.
- Analyze and resolve integration-related issues, including yield loss, process variability, and equipment compatibility.
- Define and implement process control methodologies to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, cost, and defects in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Document integration processes, best practices, and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to inform integration strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration, yield enhancement, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, CMP).
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting integration challenges, including yield loss and process variability.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, SQL) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with semiconductor equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD, etch tools) and metrology systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
