Responsibility
- Develop and implement personalized insurance and financial planning strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client goals and recommend suitable AXA insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, consultations, and exceptional service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and AXA’s product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Organize and participate in client workshops, seminars, and networking events to expand your client base.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, manage leads, and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CFP, ChFC) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial planning, or a related role, preferably with a reputable firm.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance, as well as financial planning principles.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
