Responsibility
- Participate in a comprehensive sales training program led by industry experts.
- Assist senior sales team members in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

- Learn to identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Track sales activities and report progress to management using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance from mentors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
