Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses for clients to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for insurance policies and financial products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and AXA’s product portfolio to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Organize and lead client workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations to educate prospects on insurance benefits.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and proposals tailored to individual or corporate client needs.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial planning, or a related role, preferably with a reputable firm.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with insurance products, including life, health, property, and investment-linked policies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
