Responsibility
- Actively promote and sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products to customers in assigned locations across Bali.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services (prior experience in banking or credit services is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products, such as loans and credit cards, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet customers and attend promotional events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or finance are a bonus.
