Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of new insurance business applications for High Net Worth clients, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and clients to gather required documentation and clarify policy details.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and verify client information to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Manage client expectations by providing timely updates and resolving inquiries or issues professionally.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all applications adhere to local and international insurance regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all case files, communications, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional insurance products tailored to HNW clients.
- Prepare customized reports and presentations for senior management on case progress and portfolio performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, or FLMI) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance case management, with a focus on High Net Worth or commercial lines.
- Proven track record of managing complex insurance applications and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting principles, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and insurance-specific software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple high-priority cases.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to ethical standards in client interactions.
