Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their motor insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with underwriters and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice on motor insurance products.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback to management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in motor insurance sales, underwriting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations, policies, and claims processes in Indonesia or Singapore.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software for client management.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
