Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily insurance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in claim processing.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of insurance professionals to meet performance targets and service standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of insurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all insurance-related activities.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries, disputes, and escalations promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational metrics, claim statuses, and team performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and mitigate financial risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
