Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain VMWare ESX and HCI environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016 and SQL Server 2016, ensuring seamless operations.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, with expertise in VMWare ESX and HCI technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and SQL Server 2016 administration.
- Experience with network configuration, security protocols, and system monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., VMWare, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
