Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive IT security audits to assess compliance with global standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Develop and implement robust security controls and processes to mitigate risks across Würth Group’s operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity to proactively enhance security measures.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on security policies and procedures.
- Support incident response efforts and contribute to business continuity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT security auditing, compliance, or risk management.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of global security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR).
- Experience with audit tools and methodologies (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Nmap, Metasploit).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
