Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analyses, and capacity planning to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to streamline operations and achieve operational targets.
- Develop and maintain standardized work procedures, process documentation, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and cost savings.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of innovation and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and process simulation tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation systems, and digital manufacturing tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
