Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs on Huawei's IMS Core solutions for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Conduct centralized, on-site, and online training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest IMS Core technologies and integrate updates into training materials.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improving content and delivery methods.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting guidance and support to trainees, addressing complex technical challenges related to IMS Core systems.
- Develop and maintain training documentation, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to the growth of the training team through knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Represent Huawei at industry events, workshops, and conferences to promote our training programs and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on IMS Core technologies.
- Proven experience in technical training, curriculum development, or instructional design, preferably in a corporate or vendor environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) architecture, protocols (SIP, Diameter, RTP), and related network elements (P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, HSS).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Certifications in Huawei technologies (e.g., HCIP, HCIE) or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and e-learning tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region for on-site training sessions as required.
