As an L3 DevOps specialist, you will leverage your expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud technologies to automate deployment processes, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless scalability. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our digital solutions, empowering teams to deliver software faster and with greater precision.

Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and integration processes.
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and optimize Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and microservices deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
- Enforce security best practices, including secrets management, network policies, and compliance audits.
- Document processes, architectures, and runbooks to ensure knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on cloud and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), Docker, and containerization.
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation tasks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
