Responsibility
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications or hardware integrations under supervisor guidance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in FootfallCam’s proprietary systems.
- Contribute to data analysis tasks, including processing and visualizing footfall metrics for client reports.
- Support the IT team in maintaining and optimizing internal tools, databases, and network infrastructure.
- Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and team meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and system configurations for internal knowledge bases.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, cloud computing) and propose innovative solutions for business needs.
- Assist in quality assurance (QA) testing to identify bugs and improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript (academic projects or personal work acceptable).
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, or data structures is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
