Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Serve as the primary HR business partner for senior management, providing strategic insights and solutions.
- Oversee industrial relations, including negotiations, dispute resolution, and maintaining harmonious employee relations.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Lead HR initiatives that support organizational growth and cultural development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing industrial relations and resolving complex employee issues.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
