Responsibility
- Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention.
- Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and design interventions that enhance employee engagement, performance, and culture.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, workforce planning, and structural redesigns to support business growth.
- Design and deliver training and development programs tailored to leadership, managerial, and employee skill gaps.
- Conduct workforce analytics to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Facilitate performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting B Braun’s mission and values across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Organizational Development roles.
- Proven track record in designing and executing talent strategies in multinational or fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and data interpretation to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry is highly desirable.
