Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with company goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the local and international workforce.
- Drive employee engagement programs, including training, development, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven company.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in international HR practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, drive organizational development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. Experience with data analytics for HR decision-making is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly desirable.
