Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement HR programs and policies that support the company's strategic goals and enhance employee performance.
- Oversee the execution of talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
