Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Support HR analytics by collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data.
- Help maintain and update HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in compensation and rewards processes, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, particularly in performance management and rewards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
