Responsibility
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and driving workforce planning.
- Provide expert guidance on Philippine labor laws, ensuring compliance with local regulations and mitigating legal risks.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation for offshore teams.
- Develop and execute HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity in a remote work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes, improve efficiency, and support scalability.
- Lead conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling with a focus on fairness and transparency.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices in outsourcing/offshore environments.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Experience working in BPO, outsourcing, or offshore staffing industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
