Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and drive workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of future leaders within the company.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Manage performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations and career growth opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure the impact of HR programs and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company’s values and mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic HR role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
