Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full hiring lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Volume Hiring Expertise: Manage high-volume recruitment drives, optimizing processes to meet aggressive hiring targets without compromising quality.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean logic, and social platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on expectations, and provide market insights.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews, evaluate cultural fit, and present top candidates with data-driven recommendations.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Yokly’s reputation as an employer of choice through compelling job descriptions, social media, and candidate engagement.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment, with a track record in volume hiring or headhunting for mid-to-senior roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition trends, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written abilities to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and data analytics tools.
- Results-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural teams or international markets (SEA experience is a plus).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose hiring challenges and implement creative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
