Responsibility
- Design, implement, and evaluate organization development strategies that align with Asaba Group's business objectives and enhance overall organizational effectiveness
- Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity
- Create and deliver training programs focused on soft skills, leadership, and professional development for employees at all levels
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in organizational development to ensure Asaba Group remains competitive in talent management
- Facilitate team-building activities and culture initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years focused on Organization Development in a corporate environment
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful OD interventions and change management initiatives
- Strong understanding of performance management systems, leadership development, and talent management strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working with senior leadership teams and influencing organizational strategy
- Certification in organizational development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar) is highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics for HR decision-making
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while maintaining strong collaboration with teams
