Responsibility
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and employment agreements.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance records, leave balances, and other relevant data.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
