In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to meet our clients’ hiring needs. Whether you're based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or any other part of Bali, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to a global talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibility
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using job boards, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements and job specifications.
- Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and identify key qualifications for open roles.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics, including response rates, candidate quality, and time-to-fill.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and emerging talent pools.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR (1+ years preferred).
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to a growing team.
