Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
- Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in international HR practices being a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
