Responsibility

  • Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Administer attendance and leave management systems, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding to offboarding, including contract management and documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly payroll reports and financial statements for management review.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related inquiries and benefits.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for efficient data management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and compensation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Certification in HR or payroll management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
