Responsibility
- Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Ensure statutory compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer attendance and leave management systems, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding to offboarding, including contract management and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute monthly payroll reports and financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related inquiries and benefits.
- Implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for efficient data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and compensation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in using payroll software and HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certification in HR or payroll management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
