Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored for healthcare professionals across multiple facilities in Bali
- Collaborate with medical department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps through regular assessments and performance reviews
- Manage the full L&D lifecycle including program design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement using Kirkpatrick's model
- Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver high-impact workshops, e-learning modules, and certification programs
- Develop and maintain a learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress, certifications, and compliance training
- Create leadership development programs for healthcare managers and emerging leaders in clinical and administrative roles
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, ROI, and impact on key healthcare performance metrics
- Ensure all training programs comply with Indonesian healthcare regulations and international best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in healthcare or medical services
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) or training (such as ATD) is highly desirable
