Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent for client organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Manage the offer negotiation and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on market insights, hiring challenges, and competitive compensation packages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
