Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling with a focus on fairness and transparency.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development planning for employees.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with digital HR tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while maintaining high levels of organization and accountability.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
