Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for all F&B roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and annual company trips to boost morale.
- Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct performance appraisals and coordinate annual increments and bonus distributions.
- Maintain HR records, databases, and reporting systems for compliance and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for employee development and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
