Responsibility
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling to ensure a harmonious workplace.
- Oversee HR compliance, ensuring adherence to Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate and process permits, licenses, and legal documentation required for business operations.
- Lead occupational health and safety (P2K3) initiatives, including risk assessments, safety training, and compliance audits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave management.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open communication and a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and general affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR regulations, and occupational health & safety (P2K3) standards.
- Proven experience in handling disciplinary cases, permits, licenses, and legal documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
