Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for key roles.
  • Design and manage performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and diversity & inclusion programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices, minimizing legal risks.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.
  • Manage HR data and analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic HR role.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
