Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for key roles.
- Design and manage performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and diversity & inclusion programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices, minimizing legal risks.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.
- Manage HR data and analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic HR role.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
