Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Utilize recruitment platforms, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Conduct one-to-one mentorship sessions with new recruits to onboard and train them effectively.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
