Responsibility

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, including documentation and system updates.
  • Support HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as virtual team-building activities and wellness programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline workflows and improve HR processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
