Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to the manufacturing sector, leveraging job boards, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to proactively address staffing needs.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance PERSOL’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing passive candidates and closing high-volume roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
