Responsibility

  • Manage and administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriate employees, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian immigration laws.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management in HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee queries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and training coordination.
  • Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and legal entities to resolve work pass-related issues and ensure timely approvals.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, work pass status, and employee demographics, to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, work pass administration, or a similar role, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws, work pass regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee data and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
