Note: This role is open to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
Responsibility
- Serve as the primary HR business partner for GBS Manila, providing strategic guidance to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
- Oversee full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align local HR practices with corporate standards while adapting to regional needs.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and exits, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Lead conflict resolution and grievance handling, maintaining confidentiality and fairness in all employee interactions.
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a generalist or business partner role, preferably in a multinational or logistics environment.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation projects is highly desirable.
