This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of IDR 6,000,000 â 9,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, conduct talent acquisition, and build a high-performing team.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs, including training, development, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in compliance and risk management.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
