Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of early careers programs, including campus recruitment events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Support the development of marketing materials and communications tailored to student audiences.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends in early careers and talent acquisition.
- Help manage logistics for internship programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on program metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR and business teams to align early careers initiatives with company goals.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Early Careers team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools.
- Passion for working with students and early-career professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR, event management, or related fields is a plus.
