Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure quality placements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and placements in the ATS.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experience through professional and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
