Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and boost morale.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees on career development.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and other relevant systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a generalist or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
