They are currently seeking a meticulous and seasoned Senior HR Executive (Payroll and Operations) to join their dynamic regional headquarters in Singapore. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll processing for local and regional employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise and manage external payroll vendors, conducting regular audits to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Handle comprehensive HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and maintenance of employee records.
- Ensure full compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and IRAS tax requirements (IR8A, IR21).
- Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance renewals, leave management, and claims processing.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and streamlining operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics related to headcount, turnover, and payroll costs for senior management.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS updates and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Labor Law, CPF, and IRAS regulations is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing third-party payroll vendors and HRIS platforms.
- Prior experience working within a Global MNC or the Maritime/Shipping industry is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
