Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for manufacturing roles.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development by identifying training needs and coordinating L&D programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
