Responsibility
- Accurately record, verify, and process employee timekeeping data, including attendance, overtime, leaves, and shifts.
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in timekeeping systems, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
- Generate and distribute payroll-related reports for HR and finance teams on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
- Collaborate with department managers to validate timesheet submissions and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of timekeeping software or tools to improve efficiency.
- Provide timely support to employees regarding timekeeping inquiries or system access issues.
- Participate in audits and process improvements to enhance accuracy and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR timekeeping, payroll processing, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in timekeeping software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or local systems) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
