Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards and company objectives.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure pay structures remain attractive and equitable.
- Design and administer incentive programs, bonuses, and performance-based rewards to drive employee motivation.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to align total rewards strategies with budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in Indonesia.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs and recommend improvements.
- Communicate total rewards policies and changes to employees and stakeholders through clear, engaging materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Strategy, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Proven expertise in job evaluation, salary structuring, and benefits design.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and compensation software (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations pertaining to employee compensation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with FMCG or manufacturing industries is highly advantageous.
