Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
  • Conduct training and development sessions to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
